CONOVER, NC - Morgan Shepherd's "Fans for Faith" entry at Daytona International Speedway is starting to fill up with with names and supporters.
The Fans for Faith promotion, which allows fans to have their name on Shepherd's #89 Chevrolet Impala as a sponsor for just $100, is a great ways for fans to honor a deceased loved one, wish their sweetie a Happy Valentine's Day, or just see their name in print on a race car.
Fans who participate will receive a Morgan Shepherd 2010 t-shirt and an autographed hero card. Shirts and hero cards will be mailed to each participant the first week of February so fans will have them on hand for the Speedweek events at Daytona.
Shepherd said he has seen donations from individuals, businesses and others, and would love to cover his complete car with the names of fans and supporters for the race.
Those wishing to participate can mail a check or money order for $100 to Victory In Jesus Racing, P.O. Box 623, Conover, NC 28613. Be sure to include your return address and your t-shirt size with your payment.
Fans can also increase their sponsorships in increments of $100. Sponsorships at the $100 level are 1.25 inches high by 5 inches long. Sponsorships double in size for $200 and continue to increase by 1.25 inches in height per $100 donation.
